Methods of Use

Massage - add 12-15 drops of essential oil to 1 fluid ounce of carrier oil such as almond, olive or sunflower (For sensitive skin, or children under 12 use approximately 2 fluid ounces of carrier oil and 12 drops of essential oil.)

In the Bath - add 10-12 drops of essential oil to bath water sufficiently hot enough to mix the oil fully with the water and enhance the inhalation of the essential oil vapors from the steam. (The water temperature should be hot but not uncomfortably so, to benefit fully from the properties of the oil.)

Diffuser - add a few drops of essential oil to a diffuser and enjoy!

Please refer to the Guide to Healing Aromatherapy section for further information on cautions for use for each of the oils.

Never ingest essential oils unless advised by a professional aromatherapist as they can be fatal.
