Directions
for Use:

| In
the Bath:
Pour two to three
capfulls under rapidly running water (tolerably hot). Sit back,
relax and inhale the essential oil vapors as you soak!
In the Shower:
Pour approximately
one teaspoon of gel onto a facecloth, loofa, (whatever you use
in the shower!), rub together to create foam and enjoy the benefits
of aromatherapy while you shower!
